Applies to Current /Former Military, Active Law Enforcement, Active Firefighters & EMT's. Enter "firstresponder" when you add the course to the cart. Must present an agency ID or record on the day of the course.

Invoices:
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If the invoice is not paid, the seat/s will be released to the public for purchase.
Refund Policy:
The unique costs of our business require we have students with seats paid in advanced to cover range rentals, classroom rentals and materials unique to our classes.
As such we do understand life happens and will work closely to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our courses once purchased do not expire & are transferable.
Refunds shall only be issued for:
- Extreme Inclement weather
- Family emergencies
- Serious Injuries/Illnesses
-Legal emergencies
**We must pay for the range time as soon as we book a course, as such rescheduling a live fire course for any reason will require a $10 range fee charge**
Prior to registration deadline:
The seat cost will be refunded at 100% & with no questions asked.
After Registration is Closed:
Refunds after the registration deadline will not be granted a refund unless it meets the above criteria.
(Registration deadlines for all courses not listed is considered no less than 10 days prior to the day of the course)
Cases will be handled on case by case basis & if a refund is acceptable a 50% refund will be issued.
